We'll be going through a series of posts about our 6 month travel adventure around Asia (mostly Japan, Borneo, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China). We originally wanted to do this blog while we travelled but conditions were non conducive - poor internet connection/access, inability to process photos quickly enough, fatigue etc... I am very excited about the start of this blog because I get to talk about all the adventures we went through and all the yummy food we ate!
So it's Sunday Heyday again and this week I've decided to dig up a treasure from my 6 month Asia travels with Martina. As the title suggests, it's about turtles on Selingan Turtle Island, Sabah Malaysia. 1 hour boat ride north of Sandakan. This blog post is about our 1 day and 1 night stay on the island and a beautiful and exclusive moment with a turtle mother.
This post marks the start of "Sunday Heyday" blog posts. I'm hoping this will continue as a weekly affair for as long as I can keep it up. I was initially thinking of calling it "Sunday Funday", but thought it was an overused catchphrase. Hope it catches on ;)
